GENERAL STAFF MEETING HELD ON 12TH JANUARY 2022 AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL– ASANKRANGWA

The Municipal Coordinating Director welcomed and thanked all Heads of Departments and staff for honoring the meeting and requested for introduction in other for the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive familiarize with them. He applauded the staff for ensuring effective administration of the Assembly last year and urged all to put in their maximum in administering the operations of the Assembly. The MCD briefed the staff on good work ethics like self-discipline, self-comportment, time management and how to relate with the people in the municipality. He emphasized that, the purpose of the meeting was to interact with the MCE to discuss issues relating to the progress of the Assembly. He concluded that, staff should be constructive in expressing their grievances.

The Hon. MCE welcomed staff back from the Christmas break. He emphasized that, the staff should work as a team to achieve the primary objective of the Assembly. He indicated that, the Assembly was faced with financial constraint and entreated all staff to partake in revenue mobilization to ensure the Assembly improves on it IGF. He added that, this would help facilitate developmental projects in the Municipality.  He said, a task force would be formed and its objective would be to instill discipline in the Municipality.
