TRAINING ON THE USE OF CLOCK IN SYSTEM FOR ALL STAFF IN WASSA AMENFI WEST MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY
The training on the Clock In System was held on Wednesday, 26th June, 2024 at the Municipal Assembly Hall. The one – day training included all staff from various department and unit.
Mr. Arnold led the training by introducing how the clock in system works. In his presentation, he said that the clock in system is introduced at MMDAs to make sure that staffs are punctual to work. The clock in system will ensure that a staff is clocked exactly the time he/she reported to work. This will improve the overall productivity. Demonstration on how the system is being used was shown by the resource person.
After the training, he advised that the system will be directly linked to Controller and that not being punctual to work will affect your salary.
